TU-RAC สร้างทีมแข็งแกร่ง พร้อมลุยผ่านกิจกรรม Team Building ในงาน TU-RAC Strategic Planning Seminar 2025 ระหว่างวันที่ 6–8 มิถุนายน 2568 ณ เวโรน่า ทับลาน จ.ปราจีนบุรี เพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามัคคี ความเข้าใจ และพลังการทำงานร่วมกันของทีมบุคลากร TU-RAC ในยุคที่ต้องปรับตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว กิจกรรม Team Building ครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยเพิ่มความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างบุคลากรจากทุกฝ่ายงาน แต่ยังเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมทีมเดินหน้าตามยุทธศาสตร์ 4 แกนหลัก คือ ลูกค้า ลูกหนี้ Quality และ Happiness ภายใต้มาตรฐาน ISO9001:2015
บรรยากาศของกิจกรรมเต็มไปด้วยพลังบวก เสียงหัวเราะ และความร่วมมือฝ่าฟันอุปสรรค ซึ่งล้วนเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการเป็น “นักสร้างปรากฏการณ์” ตามวิสัยทัศน์ของ TU-RAC ที่พร้อมคิด พร้อมทำ และพร้อมเติบโตไปด้วยกันในโลกแห่งอนาคต

TU-RAC strengthened its team spirit and readiness through a vibrant Team Building activity during the Strategic Planning Seminar 2025, held from June 6–8, 2025 at Verona Tublan, Prachinburi Province. The activity aimed to promote unity, mutual understanding, and collaborative energy among TU-RAC personnel in an era of rapid transformation.
This Team Building session not only enhanced positive relationships across all departments, but also served as essential preparation for advancing TU-RAC’s strategy, which is built on four core pillars: Customer, Debtor, Quality, and Happiness, guided by the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The atmosphere was filled with positive energy, laughter, and a shared spirit of overcoming challenges—key foundations for becoming true “Phenomenon Creators”, in line with TU-RAC’s vision to think boldly, act creatively, and grow together into the future.
