24 ธ.ค. 2568 | สถาบันวิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (TU-RAC) นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ม.ล. พินิตพันธุ์ บริพัตร รักษาการแทนผู้อำนวยการสถาบันวิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (TU-RAC) พร้อมด้วย รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ชนะชัย ทองโฉม รักษาการแทนรองผู้อำนวยการ TU-RAC ดร. สันติชัย อินทรอ่อน และ ดร. ธวัชชัย แสงห้าว นักวิจัยสังกัด TU-RAC เข้าพบผู้บริหารสำนักงานนโยบายและแผนการขนส่งและจราจร (สนข.) TU-RAC ได้รับเกียรติจาก ดร.จิรโรจน์ ศุกลรัตน์ ผู้อำนวยการ สนข. พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาทิ สำนักแผนงาน สำนักบริหารกลาง กองจัดระบบการจราจรทางบก สำนักส่งเสริมระบบการขนส่งและจราจรในภูมิภาค สำนักแผนความปลอดภัย ศูนย์เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศการขนส่งและจราจร สำนักงานโครงการบริหารจัดการระบบตั๋วร่วม และกองพัฒนาระบบการขนส่งและจราจร ร่วมให้ข้อมูลและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ในการหารือเพื่อรับฟังแนวนโยบายด้านงานวิจัยและโครงการจ้างที่ปรึกษาของ สนข. รวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเชิงนโยบายเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยด้านการขนส่งและจราจรให้สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศ โดยเน้นการบูรณาการระบบคมนาคมขนส่ง การยกระดับประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการเดินทาง การเชื่อมโยงระบบขนส่งหลายรูปแบบ (Multimodal Transport) และการใช้ข้อมูล งานวิจัย และองค์ความรู้เชิงวิชาการเป็นฐานในการกำหนดนโยบายในระยะสั้น กลาง และยาว

ทั้งนี้ TU-RAC มีประสบการณ์ดำเนินโครงการวิจัยด้านการขนส่งและจราจรร่วมกับ สนข. อย่างต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ปีงบประมาณ 2544 จนถึงปัจจุบัน รวมทั้งสิ้น 14 โครงการ ครอบคลุมประเด็นด้านพลังงาน ระบบขนส่ง ระบบโลจิสติกส์ การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน และการวางแผนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ระดับประเทศ สะท้อนบทบาทในฐานะหน่วยงานสนับสนุนงานวิจัยเชิงนโยบายและการให้คำปรึกษาทางวิชาการ เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาระบบขนส่งและจราจรของประเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ยั่งยืน และเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
TU-RAC Meets OTP to Discuss the Development of Research Agendas on Transport and Traffic

24 December 2025 |Thammasat University Research and Consultancy Institute (TU-RAC), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. M.L. Pinitbhand Paribatra, Acting Director of TU-RAC, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chanachai Thongchom, Acting Deputy Director of TU-RAC, Dr. Suntichai Inthornon, and Dr. Tawatchai Saenghao, researchers of TU-RAC, paid a courtesy visit to the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) to discuss directions for developing research agendas in the fields of transport and traffic.

On this occasion, TU-RAC was honored by the presence of Dr. Jiraroth Sukolrat, Director of the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning, along with executives and representatives from relevant divisions, including the Bureau of Planning, the Bureau of Central Administration, the Land Traffic Management Division, the Bureau of Regional Transport and Traffic Promotion, the Bureau of Safety Planning, the Transport and Traffic Information Technology Center, the Office of the Common Ticketing System Management Project, and the Transport and Traffic System Development Division.

The meeting aimed to exchange views and receive policy directions on research and consultancy projects of OTP, as well as to discuss policy perspectives on the development of research agendas in transport and traffic in line with the country’s development direction. Key discussion points included the integration of transport systems, enhancement of efficiency and safety in travel, promotion of multimodal transport, and the use of data, research, and academic knowledge as a foundation for short-, medium-, and long-term policy formulation.

TU-RAC has continuously undertaken transport and traffic research projects in collaboration with OTP since fiscal year 2001 to the present, totaling 14 projects. These projects cover a wide range of areas, including energy, transport systems, logistics, infrastructure development, and national strategic planning. This reflects TU-RAC’s role as a key institution supporting policy-oriented research and academic consultancy, contributing to the advancement of Thailand’s transport and traffic systems toward greater efficiency, sustainability, and environmental friendliness.
