Meanwhile, Vietnam is pushing forward with a major government restructuring, while Thailand continues to talk about reform without taking real action.
It’s time for the government to be bold and implement the “Reform Agenda 2030”, gradually reducing the size of the bureaucracy by 15-20% annually, eliminating redundant agencies, cutting inefficient personnel, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
