ระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับกลายเป็นหัวใจสำคัญของการส่งออกสินค้าไทย เนื่องจากกฎระเบียบใหม่ในหลายประเทศ เช่น กฎ EUDR ของสหภาพยุโรป และมาตรการ SOE ของสหรัฐฯ สำนักงานนโยบายและยุทธศาสตร์การค้า (สนค.) กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ได้ริเริ่ม โครงการ TraceThai.com โดยใช้เทคโนโลยี Blockchain เพื่อสร้างความโปร่งใสในการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ โดยมีการรับรองจาก CB (ผู้ให้บริการใบรับรอง) และเชื่อมโยงการซื้อขายในระบบ ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้คือเพิ่มความน่าเชื่อถือของสินค้าเกษตรอินทรีย์ในสายตาของคู่ค้าต่างประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์ในการแข่งขันระหว่างประเทศ ความท้าทายสำคัญที่ต้องการการผลักดันจากภาครัฐคือ การสร้างมาตรฐานข้อมูลระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับและการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

Traceability systems have become a critical foundation for Thai exports, driven by new regulations in many countries such as the EU’s EUDR regulation and the United States’ SOE measures. The Trade Policy and Strategy Office (TPSO), under the Ministry of Commerce, has initiated the TraceThai.com project, leveraging Blockchain technology to enhance transparency in product traceability.
The platform incorporates certification from CBs (certification bodies) and integrates trade transactions within the system. As a result, it strengthens the credibility of Thai organic agricultural products in the eyes of international trading partners, enhancing Thailand’s competitiveness in the global market.
A key challenge that requires strong government support is the development of standardized data frameworks for traceability systems and the integration of electronic documentation across platforms.
