📌 รวม Highlights กิจกรรมตลอด 1 ปี ของ TU-RAC ตั้งแต่ต้นปี 2568 สถาบันวิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (TU-RAC) ได้ขับเคลื่อนบทบาทการเป็นสถาบันวิจัยและที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการอย่างเข้มข้น ภายใต้ปรัชญา “Quality Matters, Always” โดยเริ่มต้นปีด้วยความสำเร็จเชิงคุณภาพจากการยกระดับ วารสารสังคมวิจัยและพัฒนา สู่การเป็นวารสารกลุ่มที่ 1 (Tier 1) ในฐานข้อมูล TCI ภายในระยะเวลาเพียงหนึ่งปี สะท้อนความมุ่งมั่นในการรักษามาตรฐานวิชาการในระดับประเทศ

🤝 ควบคู่กันนั้น TU-RAC ได้เปิดพื้นที่ความร่วมมือทั้งในระดับนานาชาติและระดับประเทศ ผ่านการต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารจาก Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) ประเทศอินโดนีเซีย และการเป็นเจ้าภาพเวที “Afternoon Tea with Researchers” ระดมสมองนักวิจัยและผู้เชี่ยวชาญกว่า 50 คน เพื่อกำหนดโจทย์วิจัยด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศที่เชื่อมโยงนโยบายสู่การแก้ปัญหาเชิงระบบ 🌍 พร้อมเดินหน้าทำงานร่วมกับภาครัฐอย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งการหารือกับหน่วยงานผู้ว่าจ้างกว่า 20 หน่วยงาน และการจัดเวที Round Table Meeting เพื่อถอดบทเรียนจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นในการกำหนดนโยบายรับมือสังคมสูงวัยระดับสุดขีดของประเทศไทย

🏆 ในมิติการพัฒนาองค์กร TU-RAC ได้รับรางวัล TU Best Practices จากเวที TU-QD Day ผ่านผลงานด้านการบริหารจัดการเชิงรุก TU-RAC Proactive Marketing และผ่านการตรวจประเมินมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2015 อย่างต่อเนื่อง ตลอดจนประกาศยุทธศาสตร์ “AI ACCELERATED TU-RAC” เพื่อนำ AI มาเป็นเครื่องมือช่วยในกระบวนการทำงานทั้งระบบ สร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่พร้อมเรียนรู้และเปิดรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง 🚀

💛 ตลอดทั้งปี TU-RAC ยังยืนหยัดร่วมกับนักวิจัยกว่า 500 ท่าน ในบทบาทสถาบันวิชาการที่มีหัวใจของสังคม ทั้งการเชิดชูเกียรตินักวิจัยในการร่วมจัดงานวันนักวิจัย ร่วมกับกองบริหารการวิจัยแห่ง มธ. การสืบสานประเพณีไทย การร่วมกิจกรรมสำคัญของมหาวิทยาลัย และการอุทิศตนเพื่อสังคมจนได้รับเกียรติจากกรุงเทพมหานครในการร่วมแก้ไขวิกฤตช่วงเหตุการณ์แผ่นดินไหว

📌 Highlights of TU-RAC’s Activities Throughout the Year
Since the beginning of 2025, the Thammasat University Research and Consultancy Institute (TU-RAC) has actively strengthened its role as a leading research and academic consultancy institution under the philosophy “Quality Matters, Always.” The year began with a significant quality milestone as the Journal of Social Research and Development was elevated to Tier 1 in the TCI database within just one year reflecting TU-RAC’s strong commitment to upholding national academic standards.

🤝 At the same time, TU-RAC expanded collaboration platforms at both international and national levels, welcoming an executive delegation from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY), Indonesia, and hosting the “Afternoon Tea with Researchers” forum. The event brought together over 50 researchers and experts to jointly define research agendas on climate change, linking policy to systemic solutions 🌍. TU-RAC also worked closely with the public sector through consultations with more than 20 commissioning agencies and by organizing a Round Table Meeting to draw lessons from Japan for shaping policies to address Thailand’s challenges of an extremely aging society.

🏆 In terms of organizational development, TU-RAC received the TU Best Practices Award at TU-QD Day for its proactive management initiative, TU-RAC Proactive Marketing. The Institute has also continuously undergone assessments in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. In addition, TU-RAC has announced the “AI ACCELERATED TU-RAC” strategy, positioning AI as a key tool to support end-to-end work processes and to foster an organizational culture that is ready to learn and embrace change. 🚀.

💛 Throughout the year, TU-RAC stood firmly alongside more than 500 researchers, fulfilling its role as an academic institution with a strong social commitment. This included honoring researchers through the Researcher Day, co-organized with the Office of Research Administration, Thammasat University; preserving Thai traditions; participating in key university events; and dedicating efforts to society earning recognition from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration for contributions to crisis response during the earthquake emergency.
