(เข้าร่วมประชุมผ่านระบบออนไลน์), รองศาสตราจารย์ รมิดา พัชราวนิช รองอธิการบดีฝ่ายบริหารศูนย์พัทยาและวิสาหกิจสัมพันธ์ มธ. (เข้าร่วมประชุมผ่านระบบออนไลน์) และ นายกานต์ พัชราวนิช ผู้ช่วยนักวิจัย เข้าพบผู้บริหาร สถาบันบริหารจัดการธนาคารที่ดิน (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ บจธ. นำโดย นายกุลพัชร ภูมิใจอวด ผู้อำนวยการ บจธ. พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การหารือครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการแลกเปลี่ยนแนวนโยบายการดำเนินงานของ บจธ. ร่วมกับองค์ความรู้ ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการวิจัย การวิเคราะห์เชิงนโยบาย และการพัฒนาโมเดลการบริหารจัดการของ TU-RAC เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยและแนวทางความร่วมมือในการสร้างโมเดลการบริหารจัดการที่ดินอย่างยั่งยืน ที่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงนโยบายและเชิงปฏิบัติได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมในอนาคต
TU-RAC Meets with the Land Bank Administration Institute to Discuss the Development of Research Agendas and Sustainable Land Management Models

December 18, 2025 | Thammasat University Research and Consultancy Institute (TU-RAC), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. M.L.Pinitbhand Paribatra, Acting Director of TU-RAC, together with a team of researchers and experts from Thammasat University, paid a courtesy visit to the Land Bank Administration Institute (Public Organization). The TU-RAC delegation included Dr. Suntichai Inthornon, TU-RAC Researcher; Asst.Prof.Dr.Choochat Taeshapotiwarakun, Director of the Real Estate Business Program, Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, Thammasat University (participating online); Assoc.Prof.Ramiha Pacharavanich, Vice President for Pattaya Center Administration and Enterprise Relations, Thammasat University (participating online); and Mr. Kant Pacharavanich, Research Assistant. The delegation was welcomed by the LABAI executive team led by Mr.kulaphat Phumjaiawad, Director of the Land Bank Administration Institute.

The meeting focused on an exchange of LABAI’s policy directions and operational priorities, alongside TU-RAC’s expertise in research, policy analysis, and management model development. Both parties discussed potential collaborative research agendas and frameworks aimed at developing sustainable land management models that can be effectively applied in both policy formulation and practical implementation in the future.
