20 สิงหาคม 2568 สถาบันวิจัยและให้คำปรึกษาแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ (TU-RAC) นำโดย รองศาสตราจารย์ วิทยา ด่านธำรงกูล ผู้อำนวยการ พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์วัชระ อมศิริ อาจารย์ประจำคณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ดำรงตำแหน่งนายกสมาคมนักวิทยุอาสาสมัคร VRA Communication Unit, Thailand (COMU Thailand) เข้ารับมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณ จาก ดร.ชัชชาติ สิทธิพันธุ์ ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร รางวัลนี้มอบเพื่อเชิดชูเกียรติในฐานะผู้เสียสละและอุทิศตนเพื่อสังคม จากการให้ความช่วยเหลือกรณีเหตุแผ่นดินไหว เมื่อวันที่ 28 มีนาคม 2568 จัดขึ้น ณ ห้องรัตนโกสินทร์ ศาลาว่าการกรุงเทพมหานคร (เสาชิงช้า)
TU-RAC x COMU THAILAND Receive Plaque of Honor from the Governor of Bangkok

On August 20, 2025, the Thammasat University Research and Consultancy Institute (TU-RAC), led by Associate Professor Witaya Danthamrongkul, Director, together with Watchara Amasiri, Faculty of Engineering, Thammasat University, who also serves as President of the Volunteer Radio Amateur Communication Unit, Thailand (COMU Thailand), received a Plaque of Honor from Dr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok.
The award was presented in recognition of their sacrifice and dedication to society for providing assistance during the earthquake incident on March 28, 2025.
The ceremony was held at the Rattanakosin Room, Bangkok City Hall (Giant Swing).
