Lately, if you feel like “just sitting still feels like running a marathon,” it doesn’t mean you’re getting fitter… it’s just that Thailand’s weather is in full-on “seriously hot” mode ☀️
Based on data from the Thai Meteorological Department, upper Thailand is currently experiencing hot to extremely hot conditions, especially in the North, Northeast, and Central regions. Meanwhile, Bangkok can reach highs of 35–39°C—step out of an air-conditioned room and you start sweating instantly.
On top of that, there’s also “hazy skies + accumulated dust,” and in some areas, unexpected thunderstorms and strong gusty winds 🌥️🌧️
.
📌 Take a little extra care during this time—the sun isn’t easing up, but we might 😄
🌤️ Avoid outdoor activities during peak heat (especially noon to afternoon)
💧 Drink plenty of water—don’t wait until you feel thirsty
👕 Choose breathable clothing
😷 If you’re in a high-dust area, it’s recommended to carry a mask
⛈️ Watch out for sudden thunderstorms and strong winds
